Vous continuerez d'avoir accès aux soins dont vous avez besoin et aux fournisseurs de soins de santé avec lesquels vous avez établi des relations. Les soins à domicile se poursuivent comme avant et il n'y a aucun changement au placement en foyer de soins de longue durée.
