Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pic Mobert First Nation- Tribal Council: Nokiiwin Tribal Council (NTC)
- Political Territorial
Organization: Anishinabek Nation, Union of Ontario Indians (UOI)Robinson Superior Treaty
Responsible for fire protection and prevention, and administration of the Ontario Fire Code- Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires
- Works in cooperation with White River Fire Department
- Practises regular standardized training modules and members also attend external training opportunities
- Maintains a fire hall, fire fighting equipment and 1 new fire truck

- Fire suppression
- Hazardous materials information
- Home safety which includes ensuring all homes are equipped with smoke alarms and charged fire extinguishers
