Offers primary care, footcare and programs to individuals living in Thunder Bay rural communitiesServes individuals who are having difficulty finding health care, or who have barriers and access issues, such as geography, or who may be at a higher risk of poor healthOffers a multidisciplinary health care team including nurse practitioners, medical doctors, footcare nurses, community health workers, diabetes education, onsite lab services (Thu) and walk-in clinics (Wed)Diagnoses, treats and refers clients within their scope of practiceTreats cuts, common colds, fever, earaches, minor infections, bruises, sprains and skin skin complaintsOffers regular foot care by appointment
