Description des services: Offers free legal support in immigration, refugee and citizenship law to eligible newcomers in Northwestern Ontario
Services that may be provided include issues affecting:
  • Persons Without Status
  • Temporary Foreign Workers, International Students, and Visitors
  • Temporary Residents or Persons Without Status who are victims of family violence or vulnerable workers
  • Permanent Residents
  • Resettled Refugees and Refugee Sponsors
  • Refugee Claimants and Protected Persons

  • Must be living in Northwestern Ontario (Thunder Bay District, Kenora District or Rainy River District)

  • Must have low income or other barriers to accessing legal assistance
