Description des services: Provides advisory services and assistance with issues relating to identification, registration forms and processes and Native membership
  • Informs community leadership of current and evolving Indian status changes and issues, including documents required for US border crossing
  • Supplies forms, provides guidance for filling out applications and offers assistance in mailing to applicable departments
Provides assistance in the following matters:
  • Birth certificates and registration
  • Commissioner of Oath duties
  • Death certificates
  • Estates and pensions
  • Indian Registration matters
  • Marriage licenses
  • Status cards and renewals
