Description des services:
|
Provides a year-round land-based program available to the 10 Tribal Area First Nation communities Coordinates and administers healing/wellness programs/services which can include but are not limited to:
- Aftercare land-based seasonal programming, requested and driven by the community and no longer than 3-5 days
- Traditional ceremonies and teachings such as sharing circles, full moon ceremony, men's and women's teachings, and Water walks
- Cultural activities such as moccasin making, quill box making, medicine harvesting, hand drum and rattle making, tobacco making and snaring
- Native language workshops to learn Anishinaabemowin
- Counselling services
