  • Provides a variety of settings for participation to help meet the goals or interests of the individual
  • Supports and activities can include but are not limited to:
    • Age-related activities such as senior centre participation
    • Educational and general interest activities such as cooking and sewing
    • Sports and recreation supports such as fitness programs, swimming, camping and music groups
    • Trips for shopping, sports events and concerts
    • Volunteer opportunities such as animal shelters, community food banks and libraries
