Offers a program for youth to promote positive behaviour and encourage good choicesProvides the program through a weekly group session for ten weeksStrives to instill the following in participants:- More positive ideas, attitudes and goals
- Improved decision making skills
- Increased self esteem
- Enhanced self-understanding
- Less stress and anxiety
- Better communication skills
- Enhanced interpersonal skills
- Effects of problematic substance use including alcohol and marijuana
