Description des services: Provides support to Indigenous youth as they transition from the child welfare system into adulthood
  • Provides one-on-one support to create an individualized Action Plan to determine goals and supports required to achieve goals
  • Offers programming on many topics to support goals and help build social networks
Support services are available in the following areas:
  • Cooking assistance
  • Cultural education/information
  • Educational assistance such as enrolling in high school, college/university, upgrading courses
  • Employment
  • Financial planning and banking
  • Health care such as finding a doctor
  • Housing (affordable)
  • Legal support/advice
  • Social activities
