Description des services:

Provides support to Indigenous youth as they transition from the child welfare system into adulthood- Provides one-on-one support to create an individualized Action Plan to determine goals and supports required to achieve goals
- Offers programming on many topics to support goals and help build social networks
Support services are available in the following areas:- Cooking assistance
- Cultural education/information
- Educational assistance such as enrolling in high school, college/university, upgrading courses
- Employment
- Financial planning and banking
- Health care such as finding a doctor
- Housing (affordable)
- Legal support/advice
- Social activities
