Benefits are determined based on need and may include:
  • basic dental care
  • diabetic supplies
  • eyeglasses
  • hearing aids
  • prescription drugs
  • surgical supplies and dressings
  • transportation for medical appointments

Procédé et formulaires: Individuals can apply by contacting the office
Admissibilité / population desservie: Members of Gull Bay First Nation 16-65 years of age


Individuals and families who:

  • were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or

  • are no longer eligible for Ontario Works because they received a payment for loss of income under the 1986-1990 Hepatitis C Settlement Agreement
