Operates a community public library and loans out various items including the following:
- Books, magazines, and audio visual material (DVDs, CDs), and video games (only for use at library)
- Four iPads and 2 Kobo readers for use at the library
- Material available through inter library loan
- Library members have inter-library privileges with Rainy River Public Library; books borrowed must be returned to same library
Provides a wide variety of programs and services:
- Faxing, laminating and photocopying
- Internet and wireless access
- Information service
- Reference and research help
Offers a variety of age appropriate programs and services. Call for more information on programs and services available at this location. Examples include:
- Book clubs
- Homework help
- Literacy programs
- Reading programs
- Story time
Community Access Program (CAP) North 1 Network
- Provides a technology centre
- Gives public access to the Internet and holds workshops to teach the skills to use it
- Promotes access to individuals who may have difficulty obtaining Internet service
- Encourages online learning and literacy
- Fosters the development of community based infrastructure
- Promotes Canadian e-commerce
