Description des services:
|
Offers supports to individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes- Supports can vary from a few hours to 24 hours per day, depending on the individual's needs
- Aims to meet all aspects of the individuals needs, including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, socialization, financial management and personal health care
- Provides one to one personal support within the home or community
- Teaches and/or maintains daily living skills and problem solving skills
- Degrees and types of supports provided are determined by the individual receiving supports, their families and service professionals such as Community Support Workers
