Offers programs and services for the mental and physical health care needs of the community membersProvides a resource and link to community services for both inpatients and outpatientsSocial Work- Provides support to patients in the area of psychosocial difficulties
- Sees patients through referral from physicians or the multidisciplinary team
- Provides support to families dealing with the crisis of an ill loved one
- Staff can access assistance from Social Work through a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program
