Description des services: Infant and Child Development (ICDP)
  • Provides family-centred services to help children overcome developmental disabilities to the best of their ability
  • Services include home and community visits, parenting information and support, developmental screening, referrals, assistance with a child's transition to childcare or school, service coordination and advocacy
Child and Youth Program (CYP)
  • Offers supports to families with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Strives to enhance children's skills, abilities, and opportunities through collaboration with families, schools and other professionals
  • Provides individualized support for youth to enhance their independence as they navigate the transition to adulthood; may include support with youth employment
  • Works to promote inclusion in the community

Families residing in Kenora and surrounding area with infants and children from birth to 6 years of age and:

  • Are concerned about their child's development and would like information on how to best support developmental needs

  • Have had early childhood experiences that may impact development including but not limited to pre-term birth, developmental disability, or risk of developmental delay


Child and Youth Program

  • Families with children 6-18 years of age with a diagnosis of autism and/or diagnosed intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Families interested in learning how to best support a child with developmental needs
