Description des services:
  • Supports individuals with a developmental disability to live in a home of their choice, to acquire work, and to participate in recreational and leisure activities
  • Supports are designed to directly enrich the quality of life by encouraging individuals to maintain their independence and learn new skills

  • Employment Services
    • Strives to achieve "Real Jobs for Real People" by assisting adults with a developmental disability to become employed
    • Provides customized employment and career services to meet the diverse needs of individuals with disabilities
    • Assists in developing an employment plan, resume, and interview preparation as well as job search
    • Provides job coaching and follow up to promote employment success
    Community Supports
    • Enhances a person's involvement in the community
    • Develops supports with individuals to meet their needs and desires
    • Supports individuals to acquire and maintain skills that will assist them to be a part of their community
    • Participates in community programs offered in recreation, leisure, and/or education
    • Assists with personal shopping, grocery shopping, menu planning, list preparation, food storage, food safety
    • Utilizes various community services such as public transportation and financial institutions
    • Encourages individuals to participate in various community volunteer opportunities
    Independent Living
    • Provides the necessary support to enable people to live in their own homes
    • Emphasizes and develops all aspects leading to independent living
    • Provides support services based on the individual's wants and needs, with the goal of independence in the community
    • Determines the required support through the development of a personal plan
    • Support can range from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day
