Description des services: Serves as a non-political Chiefs Council which provides support and advisory services to six First Nation communities

Provides advisory and technical services with respect to all aspects of community infrastructure
  • Assists with minor and major infrastructure projects related to electrical, roads, water and sewer, and residential and community-owned buildings
  • Includes assistance with completion of forms for consulting services, capital project applications and various Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) reporting requirements
  • Provides support with operations and maintenance related record keeping and evaluation of capital assets
  • Assists in applications for sources of funding of community assets
Advisory and technical services provided for the following areas:
Community Capital Planning
  • Provides services for the development of capital databases and monitoring systems
Policy and Housing Inspection
  • Assists in the application of codes and standards and retaining technical expertise and consultants
Project Management
  • Provides management expertise in the areas of housing, major and minor capital projects, water and wastewater management, power generation and distribution, telephone services and transportation
Technical Training and Development
  • Assists in gaining access to skills and expertise for maintenance programs
