Community physiotherapy clinic offering publicly-funded physiotherapy services under the Community Physiotherapy Clinics(CPC) Program.
Functions as a rehabilitation clinic offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, manual therapy and rehabilitation services
Treatments offered include:- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Rehabilitation
- Workplace Injury Management (WSIB Cases)
- Concussion Management and Head Injury Care
- Sports Injury Rehabilitation
- Chronic Pain Management
- Pediatric Care and Rehabilitation

Admissibilité / population desservie:
|
To qualify for the the Community Physiotherapy Clinics (CPC) Program, individuals:
- Must have a musculoskeletal condition affecting muscles, bones, or joints
- Must be insured under the Health Insurance Act and have a valid Ontario Health Card
- Must be within one of the following categories:
- Aged 65 or older
- Aged 19 or younger
- Recently discharged as in inpatient of a hospital for conditions directly connected to the condition, illness or injury for which they were admitted
- Eligible for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or the Ontario Works (OW) program
