Provides a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services for Indigenous people living in an urban environment
Promotes increased participation in sport, physical fitness and recreation, and other programs that encourage healthy lifestylesOffers individual and group information sessions on fitness and nutrition topicsAssists individuals in creating a personalized fitness program and provides supervision while participant performs the programOffers specialized fitness and nutrition programs for:
- Children
- Youth
- Women
- Seniors and disabled adults
Healthy Eating, Healthy Weight
- Offers a weight management program
- Provides encouragement and health information to support individual in achieving wellness goals
Smoke Free Living/Smoking Cessation
- Provides education and resources about initiatives to quit smoking
- Offers a support group including mentors who have gone through the process of smoking cessation
Youth Leadership
- Provides workshops to teach youth leadership skill development
- Addresses topics including conflict management, decision making, goal setting, teamwork, time management and developing and presenting workshops

Fitness and Nutrition Programs
