Operates as a community health centre focused on community and family health with access to primary health care and a variety of community health services
Provides services for community seniors to enable them to remain healthy and live independently as long as possible - Offers home visits by a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner following an initial home assessment
- Monitors medical concerns, illness prevention and offers health promotion
- Provides nutrition assessments to enable advice about healthy eating and signs of aging such as osteoporosis
- Assists in obtaining the Lifeline program, an emergency help line reachable at the push of a button
- Provides referrals to therapists and geriatric experts
