Family Health Team operates a health clinic in two communities and includes: Nurse Practitioner, Registered Practical Nurses, Registered Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, Administration and other professionals. Family Health Teams allow physicians and other allied health providers to work as a team to focus on keeping patients healthy.
