After using the doorbell, it will shine a blue light, and an ILRC Thunder Bay staff member will greet you and welcome you into the building.

Delivers programs and services for and by people with disabilities in the Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario region designed to increase self-directed skill development, employment and recreation opportunities; promotes the Independent Living Philosophy of choice, flexibility, and control
Helps individuals find suitable employment by providing the following pre-employment supports:
- Writing a resume and cover letter
- Job search and application assistance
- Interview skills development
Also helps participants by providing employer outreach to help line up interviews and find suitable employment

- Must be 16 years of age and older and a resident of Ontario
- Must have a self-disclosed disability (medical verification is not required)
Note: Individuals do not need to be eligible or in receipt of ODSP Income Supports to qualify for this program
