The Dryden Area Family Health Team includes: Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Occupational Therapist, Registered Pyschotherapist, Patient Care Navigator and Administration. Family Health Teams allow physicians and other allied health providers to work as a team to focus on keeping patients healthy.
Provides healthy eating and healthy lifestyle counselling services for a variety of diet, food and nutrition areas including:- Cancer
- Diagnosed food sensitivities
- Disease management such as celiac, crohns, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrom, acid reflux and diverticulitis
- Disordered eating
- Eating disorder support
- Heart health
- Hypoglycemia
- Hypertension
- Lung health
- Pediatric nutrition concerns
- Weight management
