Admissibilité / population desservie:

- Individuals 18 years of age and older who experience an on-going mental health disability or are assessed as in recovery from an addiction
- Restricted to Employment and Income Assistance Participants, ie recipients of Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or otherwise qualify for Rent Geared to Income (RGI)
