Provides a multi-site, multi-function health care system serving the residents of the Rainy River District
Provides transitional housing and support for individuals living with a mental health issue and requiring temporary accommodationsOffers accommodations in a group living setting consisting of a single dwelling with common kitchen, living room, bathroom and individual bedroomsProvides the following services:- Advocacy
- Client-centred goal planning
- House meetings
- Integration assistance when re-entering society
- Linking to other services and supports
- Medication management
- Recreation, social and life skills
- Service coordination
- Supportive counselling
- Symptoms management
Crisis Stabilization Unit- Works in partnership with Kenora Rainy River Crisis Response Services to offer a stabilization unit for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
- Provides shared accommodations

Admissibilité / population desservie:

Individuals 18 years of age and older diagnosed with mental health issues and who:
- do not have the supports to function daily
- require advocacy
- agree to live cooperatively with others
- agree to follow house rules
- meet the selection criteria
Crisis Stabilization Unit: Individuals 16 years of age and older experiencing a mental health crisis and are requiring short term crisis stabilization
