Description des services: Promotes the interests and needs of Indigenous women through the development and delivery of culturally appropriate programs, services and activities

Provides a child care centre and offers early prevention and intervention programs and services for off-reserve preschool children
  • Strives to meet the emotional, social, health and nutritional needs of children
  • Coordinates activities such as family gym time, arts and crafts, breakfast and circle time
  • Provides transportation when required
  • Participates in community events and special celebrations
Offers daily programs focused on:
  • Aboriginal culture and language
  • Education and school readiness
  • Health and nutrition
  • Parental and family involvement
  • Social support

Frais: Program - Fees for childcare; Subsidized spaces are limited - Fee assistance available for Childcare; assistance is provided by Kenora District Services Board (KDSB)

  • Preschool: 2.5 years-5 years
