Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Cat Lake First Nation- Tribal Council: Windigo First Nations Council

Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related servicesPerforms a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:- Road repairs
- Maintenance of a portion of the winter road
- Maintenance of the landfill site
- Maintenance of band equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants
- Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
- Snow removal
- Upkeep of community sports fields and powwow grounds
Capital Planning Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
