Operates a primary care medical clinic consisting of 28 family doctorsProvides access to other health care professionals within and outside of the Northern ClinicCoordinates documentation if patient receives care from a member of the teamOffers primary health care including but not limited to:- Chronic disease education and prevention
- Disease management
- Health promotion
- Rehabilitation
Telephone Health Advisory Service- Provides access to a Registered Nurse through Health Connect Ontario (formerly Telehealth Ontario) who provides health advice and general health information
