Owns and operates rent-geared-to-income housing for low or modest income persons in Thunder BayProperties consist of 50 units including one and two-bedroom semi-detached homes; one is modified to accommodate special needsUnits are spread throughout the city

- Applicants are placed on a wait list used by Matawa and other social housing providers
