Serves as a non-political Chiefs Council which provides support and advisory services to nine member First Nation communities
Assists in the development and maintenance of community infrastructureProvides support with operations and maintenance related record keeping and evaluation of capital assetsAssists in applications for sources for funding of community assetsProvides advisory assistance with operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems in member communitiesCoordinates required training of water and wastewater operatorsAdditional services can include advisory support on the following systems:- Integrated Capital Asset Management System (CAMS)
- Capital Asset Inventory System (CAIS)
- Capital Management Database (CMDB)
- Asset Management Systems (AMS)
- Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS)
- Reporting on the status of asset maintenance
