Family Health Team includes: Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, Administration and other professionals. Family Health Teams allow physicians and other allied health providers to work as a team to focus on keeping patients healthy.
Walk-in medical clinic- Provides immediate care for non-emergency and uncomplicated situations, with a range of services similar to those provided by a primary care physician's office
- Patients will be directed to a hospital emergency department if their situation is too serious
