Description des services: Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Lac La Croix First Nation

Functions as the governing office for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities
Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following:
  • Child and Family Services worker on-reserve provided through Weech-it-te-win Child and Family Services in Fort Frances
  • Hospital services available in Atikokan and Fort Frances
  • Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Treaty #3 Police; call 1-888-310-1122 for police services to be dispatched to reserve
  • NO fire services provided on-reserve but Pwi di Goo Zhing Advisory Services oversees fire services; ph 807-274-8531 Ext 227 or cell 807-275-7230
  • Most shopping is done in Atikokan, an hour and half E on Hwy 11 or in Fort Frances, two hours W on Hwy 11
  • Community has small convenience store and gas station
